Good placements are available from Usha Martin University with regard to most courses, as they cater to the difference between theory and actual industry requirements and give suitable training, internship, and skill development in the institution. Usha Martin University doesn't guarantee 100 per cent placements but has a steadily improving placement record. The placement cell of the university is actively working to help students connect with the more reputed recruiters across various streams. In the last years, the placement rate hovers around 75%. Usha Martin University offers a 100% fee waiver on tuition fees if students get 95% above in qualifying exams. Some exceptions include Nursing, Pharmacy, and LLM, which do not offer 100% fee waivers. All these scholarships are available for only the first year and subsequently for the rest of the period, with 20% tuition fee rebate every year. In addition, UMU offers a 10% scholarship to all Jharkhand domiciled students in all programs unless already benefiting from the merit-based scholarship. If we compare the tuition fee of the three universities we will see that William Carey University offers the most affordable BCom tuition fee. The tuition fee of Martin Luther Christian University and University of Science and Technology (UST) is INR 23 Lacs and INR 2.4 lakh, while the tuition fees of William Carey University is just INR 1.9 lakh. William Carey University also offers its candidates to pay the semester fees in two instalments.
