It depends on your scoring and preferences. Government aided colleges are much cheaper than private colleges. AIIMS gives you admission in under 10,000, other government colleges require not much higher, whereas private colleges seek more than INR 50 Lacs in the entire course of MBBS.

There are a total of 6204 MBBS seats (Management and NRI quota) offered by 42 deemed universities across the countries. The annual MBBS course fee for the Management quota in the various deemed universities is usually high and varies anywhere between INR 2,11,000/- to INR 22,50,000/-.

There are, in total, five Indian states that provide NRI quota seats in their government and private medical colleges. Those are Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Puducherry. 7-15% of MBBS seats in these colleges are reserved for NRI students. The fee structure of these colleges differs from state to state. Some of these states have a fee structure of 12,500 USD per year; on the other hand, some states have a fee structure of 30,000 USD as a tuition fee for NRI students.
