Hi Gowtham,
If you have not cleared and still have arrears, its not possible to get admission. Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Yeah, definitely. Candidates who are awaiting 12th result can also appear for examination. But subject to pass 12th with minimum 50 % in aggregate in PCB with English.

Yeah, 492 is a very good score for admission into MBBS in Government Medical Colleges. However you may have to wait for 2nd round. Please don't be panic.

The major eligibility criteria is you must have passed 12th with minimum 50% in aggregate in Physics Chemistry Biology and English taken together.
You much be above 17.
Other criterias can be found at www.aipmt.nic.in

For admission into BSc Medical Technology courses, you need not to appear any entrance examinations. Selection is based on your PCB score.
Eligibility criteria varies. But 50% in aggregate in PCB is the most common criteria.

For getting a MBBS seat in Government Medical college being an SC candidate, you need to score at least 50% in common entrance examinations. However this goes up every year.

The lower age limit for appearing Pre Medical /Dental Examinations is 17 years. The upper age limit is 25 years. However there is a relaxation of 5 years in Upper age limit for SC ST OBC Candidates
