91 marks is very less for admission into BAMS colleges of India. For government medical colleges, you need around 400 and for private colleges you need around 350.

If you look at NEET cutoff trends, you may witness an exponential rise. Coming to score for government medical colleges you need 550+ whereas, for private you need 450+ to be in the safer side.
