Yes, if you choose to major in microbiology, you can also become a lecturer in Zoology or Botany. To qualify for lectureships, you must first complete a master's degree in microbiology before applying for exams like the CSIR NET. You can be chosen for a lectureship and a Junior Research Fellowship through the CSIR NET Exam, which is administered by the NTA (National Testing Agency). Only candidates from the Science stream are eligible to take this exam. The subjects covered by this exam include:
Natural Science
Molecular Science
Life Science Mathematical Science

Apply for a job, work for 1 year and then decide if you want to go for higher studies. Simultaneously do courses like HACCP (if you what to get in to food quality sector ), register for M.Phil (if you want to take up research and continue for Ph.D. get an internship in a hospital equipped with molecular diagnostics (PCR, real. Time PCR etc. If you want to enter the clinical space ). .

Probably, you may not have qualified the respective entrance exam with minimum qualifying marks or the cut offs for Lucknow University may be higher than you secured mark or rank.

For any course you just need to calculate your top 4 subject percentage. like assume if you are a PCM student then you need to add the best 4 scores and divide them by 400 and multiply it by 100 let us assume if you have these scores
87+91+67+85=330
Divide it by 400 and multiply by 100
(330/400)x100= 82.5%

According to the schedule of Delhi University Cut Off 2023 Science for B.Sc. Or B.Sc. Hons Course will be declared on 18th October 2023. As per analysis, Science Cut off may be around 98-99% Marks in CUET 2023.
