It will be better if you complete your MBA after BBA. If you do MBA in marketing, you will get a job of marketing manager, if you do MBA in finance, you will get a job of a financial advisory or equivalent.

No, you need to be a proper Graduate and also should be born and brought up in Maharashtra to do MMS in any institute for that matter.
