To secure good marks in the MP Board exam, the students must cover the entire syllabus of the exam. The ideal way to prepare for the MPBSE 10th exam is to complete the syllabus and gain conceptual clarity. Followed by this, the students need to practice as much as possible.

Apart from covering the syllabus, the students should also practice the model paper released by the board. Moreover, the students should practice the past years' question papers to get proper clarity on the exam pattern. This way, they can form an exam-taking strategy in terms of time management and choosing the right questions.

The board releases the MP Board class 10 sample paper for the students on its website. Sample papers released by the board also include the marking scheme of the exam. The total marks of each subject is 100. The subjects which have practical tests are marked as 80 for theory and 20 for practical. Both multiple-choice and subjective-type questions are asked in the exam.

Usually, each MCQ is of one mark. On the other hand, the marking scheme for subjective-type questions may vary from section to section. Students need to secure at least 33% marks in each subject to clear the exam.
