NIT Durgapur is one of the top engineering colleges in India, they offer a B.Tech CSE programme and they select eligible candidates through JEE entrance exam. Previous CSE student from NIT Durgapur, placed in top MNCs with high salary packages it includes, including TCS, WIPRO, and so many IT industries.

140+ marks or 120 rank is more than enough to get CSE in Jadavpur University. For NIT Durgapur general rank within 10000 for HS Students and general rank within 7500 for OS Students is good to get CSE.

In order to secure admission in IIITs through JEE Mains, the good score for the same can be around 85-90 percentile. At the same time, the candidates must feature among the top 25,000 rank range to get admission in popular IIITs. According to previous trends, candidates with a 1 - 25,000 rank range made it to the top IIITs. However, candidates securing ranks beyond 25,000 - 1,00,000 also made it to IIITs (newer IIITs/ regional-level IIITs). .
