Write those exams which ask for only a graduate degree. Such exams are UPSC, state PSC, etc. which are far more prestigious and honourable than temporary jobs offered after procedures like GD, PI, previous exam marks, etc. in not so good colleges like Narula.

It's very nice to that you have already set your sights on what you want to become. You have won half the battle. Admissions in engineering colleges these days are invariably based on some or the other entrance exam. Decide where you want to go and appear for the concerned exam.
