Dear Alok,
Yes, you can but then it depends upon the cut off and your score in CLAT. In case there is some issue try for admission in some good private universities like LPU, ICFAI, SRM, etc. where the admission criteria is going to be through ISAT and CLAT. Their own test or marks in class 12. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Check their websites for more details.

NLU-D would be a better choice. It has location advantage, faculty and placement is far more better than Jodhpur. I highly recommend you to join Delhi, however, there are few people in my college who had opted for Jodhpur above Delhi.

Is it quota rank or AIR? If it is quota rank you will get admission in any NLU of your choice.

Yes you will get lower rank NLUs, NLU Ranchi, MNLU Aurangabad and MNLU Nagpur. Wait for the third merit list.

I don't think so. With this rank, it is highly unlikely that you will get an NLU. You can try ICFAI, UPES, BVP etc.
