You can compare the B-School on the basis of academic strength (program pedagogy, faculty, curriculum), alumni network, placements along with kind of companies and at last infrastructure and resources.

Galgotias University is the best option in the region provided by you. Galgotias University is best for CSE branch. This year Galgotias University gave 94% placement only in CSE branch.

There are no any good college for that, your 12th board percentage is not enough for engineering admission, for you have to qualifying any entrance exam like JEE or CET.

If you cannot afford it, you should not take admission there. Your rank is good for sector 128 campus. Try for a UPTU college and apply for the scholarship, that way, you only have to pay a minimal amount to get through.

Most of the good B-Schools admit students only on the basis of MBA Entrance Examinations. As you have not appeared for MBA entrance examinations, you do not stand any chance to get admission in good B-School this year. There is no use of doing MBA from Tier 3 B-School which will not add any value to your career. You are advised to prepare and appear for MBA entrance exams for next session.
