You need to completed class 12 with 60% (PCM) for B.Tech computer science. Through your NIOS class 12th certificate, you can apply for Amity School of Engineering, which is affiliated to CBSEJEE.

All engineering colleges are good mentioned above but the best one from the above is Maharaja Agraesen i.e. MAIT which is affiliated from Indraprastha University, Delhi. The placement is good and the campus is also good so I would suggest you MAIT.

No, IIBS Noida is affiliated to Bharathiar University as any B-School under AICTE cannot offer MBA degree whereas IIBS offers MBA + PGPBM.
