Aspirants must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects (as per WBJEE rules) with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all the three subjects as stated above in regular class mode to apply for BTech course. Candidates should also pass English in Class 10 and Class 12 with at least 30% aggregate to apply for BTech course.

Yes, NSHM IET offers lateral entry to seven BTech specialisations, include Computer Science, Civil, Mechanical, CSE Data Science, CSE Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, etc. BTech (LE) is a three-year course. Candidates who have completed a Diploma in Engineering can apply for lateral entry to the BTech course. Admission to BTech (LE) will be based on WBJEE JELET score.

The total fee for BTech ranges between INR 3.52 Lacs and INR 3.85 lakh. The fee includes academic and non-academic fee.  Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled.
