Students who perform very well on their 10+2 exams are eligible for 100% meritorious scholarships from OASYS Institute of Technology, which cover their entire tuition costs.

At OASYS Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, aspirants must pass their 10+2 (HSC) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with a minimum average of 50% in these courses (45% for BC, 40% for MBC/DNC and a pass for SC/ST candidates) in order to be eligible for the B.E./B.Tech program.

With a minimum pass Diploma holders in pertinent fields can be admitted directly for their second year.

 For counselling and seat distribution candidates must also be eligible for TNEA or JEE Main.
