Hi, The registrations are mainly through online process. Application Process of Mithibai College
Admission forms will be available for download from the college website- mithibai. AC. In
25th June was the Last day. You can Speak to the authorities if they can help (only if seats available). Application to UG courses starts by the end of May, whereas, application procedure of PG courses start in the month of June. The application process for the Ph.D. courses starts around mid of October. Thank you.

1st you can talk to the management and tell them this problem. They'll tell you if they have any other portal to submit the fees.
2nd you can make a dd and send it to them.

Anyone can pay fees on behalf of student, but normally it's only the student who has to for document verification. In perhaps some extreme conditions, authorities may allow someone else to do this. Best wishes to you.

The difference in their fee structure I think because online platform is good for any counseling as it confirms seats.
