Duration: B.tech is a Bachelor course, it needs 4 years time to be completed.
Eligibility: 10+2 level intermediate. Most of the colleges also accept 3 years Diploma as the eligibility criteria. They get lateral entry to the direct 2nd year in B.Tech courses.

Yes, you can do fashion designing through online. All you have to do is whichever institute/college/university, you are looking for. You have to check it and apply. Remember to choose only which are UGC approved as there are many which are not and it will effect in the career prospects if you are looking to work.
