Students reviews mention that the college has a friendly environment and staff is welcoming. Everyone there is willing to help and assist. The admisson counselors are active to listen student's queries. Students enrolled in online courses say that the process is very easy and well strutured. Students also mention that the college provides practical learning to students.

Indian students have to demonstrate English proficiency through tests. Pacific Oaks College accepts TOEFL with a minimum score of 79 and IELTS with a minimum score of 6.5. Scores must be no more than 2 years old. English proficiency scores are important for students whose native language is not English.

Pacific Oaks College takes admissions on a rolling basis i.e., throughout the year. The deadline for transfer students is June 1 for the fall semester. Students applying for campus based programs have three starting dates per year, spring, summer and fall. For online programs there are six starting dates per year which provides flexibility to the applicants.
