In a full-time programme, the benefit is largely in the face-to-face, campus experience. With university life at your fingertips, you can take classes, join clubs, spend lots of time at social events, and launch and/or attend events to learn about different careers or industries. Often, business school can be a place where people make lifelong friends, or even meet future partners. An MBA, in my opinion, is more about dialogues on the job, contacts with academics, and peer learning. A significant portion of your personality development occurs when you study on a campus with 400 different students, from diverse backgrounds and with varied experiences and perspectives. While classroom learning plays a good role in giving you technical/theoretical knowledge. In an MBA, experience is more important than education.

The part-time MBA admission process is almost the same as for the full-time. And, it varies for different colleges.
