Hi Vipul,
Salary is a function of various factors - I.e. (I) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - I.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations. (v) Your work profile I.e. Manager/ AVP, etc. Thus one cannot allocate a figure.

My honest advice to all young graduates is to choose career path based on your liking and inclination and not by money that it will fetch you. if you hate your job what's the use of money?

Well it depends on what is your career aim.before deciding to join any thing you must know the exact job profile. so if you have already researched about it, from career growth point of view, CR or PV career is very satisfying, both in terms of money and honor.

From a career prospect PV has gained importance over last few years. as PV processes are being outsourced to India. Periodic SAFETY reports are to be submitted to regulators, without any exception. hence pharma companies ate always looking at outsourcing partners with optimum benefits. At present India is a hot destination.

I disagree with kunal. my suggestion to b pharm graduate is to go for M pharm only if you have cleared your GATE. There aren't many openings for core field. I get at least 2 calls per day from M pharm students who are unemployed. Rather learn something that is practically oriented and start your career

see your own inclination. if you like a sedentary job go for pharmacovigilance course. if you want more action, like traveling, you would like to be in clinical operations. fees are in the range of 50 to 70 k for a weekend course. checkout www.ukaat.in
