Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) is a four- year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in pharmacy education course offered by Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna, and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
So in order to be a part of the B.Pharmacy course you need to appear in the entrance exam conducted by BCECE board. And to be eligible you need to pass your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology or equivalent combinations with a good score.

M Pharmacy, or Master of Pharmacy, is a postgraduate degree in the field of pharmaceutical Science and its related subjects, having a number of specializations such as pharmacology, pharmaceutics, and many more. The MPHARM course duration is 2 years, spread over 4 semesters, whose syllabus includes subjects such as Drug Delivery System, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacognosy, Regulatory Affairs, etc. This is a highly pursued professional course whose minimum eligibility is that the interested students must have completed a B Pharmacy course from a college recognised by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

Admission is based upon the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects and should obtain non zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority or Non zero score in CET conducted by the Sanjay Ghodawat University, Kolhapur. There is no mention about the cutoff score.

45% is the cutoff.
And you should pass the Basic qualification test.

The last years Cutoff percentile for B.Pharma. At GOC at Ratnagiri was 98.91 for 1st round and 98.26 for second Round.
