No, NEET is not mandatory for BSc Physiotherapy. Admission is usually through CUET, state-level exams, or Class 12 merit-based processes, depending on the college. NEET is primarily for MBBS, allied health programs and BDS.
However, some colleges may prefer their own entrance tests, so it's always wise to confirm the admission criteria with the specific institute before applying.

The BSc Physiotherapy programme usually spans 4 years of academic study followed by a 6-month to 1-year compulsory internship in hospitals or rehabilitation centers. This hands-on training is crucial to apply theoretical knowledge to real patient care.
Overall, students spend about 4.5 to 5 years completing this degree, gaining both classroom learning and clinical exposure to prepare for healthcare jobs or further studies.

Admission to BSc Physiotherapy varies by college. Some universities accept direct merit based on Class 12th marks, while others conduct entrance exams like CUET, IPU CET, or state-level tests. A few private colleges may also hold their own entrance exams.
Choosing the right college depends on whether you want a national-level exam option or prefer state/university-specific entrances. Always check the eligibility and exam updates from the official website.
