All the subjects that are taught during MBBS are tested in PGIMER. The various subjects that are part of the exam syllabus are Medicine and Surgery, Paediatrics, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Microbiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, ENT, Applied Biochemistry, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Anatomy, Forensic Medicine, Dermatology, Anaesthesia, Physiology, Psychiatry, Social and Preventive Medicine, Radio-diagnosis and Radiotherapy.
