Hi Rohit,
I would prefer Prestige, Indore over TMU, Moradabad.
However, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.

Change in MBA without giving any exam is not clear. You can give the exam like XAT and MAT because admission through CAT is a bit tough with this percentage. But anyways give it a try. All the Best!
