It depends on the course in which the student is interested. Pondicherry Engineering College - PEC offers MCA, MBA, BTech, MTech, and MSc courses. Admission to the BTech and MTech courses at the college is done based on the scores obtained in various entrance exams such as JEE Main, GATE etc. Admission to other courses is done directly based on the scores obtained in the previous qualifications.

Hey there! Great news—admissions are now open for Pondicherry Engineering College (PEC) for the 2025 academic year

For MTech, just a heads-up that the GATE 2025 registration is now closed. As for BTech, BArch, and BPlan, even though the registration for the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 has wrapped up, you can look forward to the exam happening from January 22 to January 31, 2025. Good luck!
