The following are necessary for admission to the B.Tech programme at Quantum University:

Academic requirements:

Get certified by a recognised board after completing your 10+2 (or equivalent), including physics and math as compulsory courses.
In addition, one of the following will be necessary: chemistry, biology, biotechnology, or computer Science (IT).

In the three topics you have selected, at least 50% overall (45% for SC/ST students).
Verify that the English course in your 10+2 test was passed.

So, on the basis of averga package DTU is better in placement.

The Quantum University cutoff is the minimum marks required by a candidate to be eligible for admission to a particular programme. Quantum University cut-off varies from programme to programme and year to year. Further, The cut-off for Quantum University is determined by the university based on various factors, such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, and the difficulty level of the entrance exam. 

Quantum University accepts students for admission to the BTech programme on the basis of their performance in JEE Main/ CUET or UKSEE (for lateral entry admission). For B.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering the expected cutoff is 60-70 percentile.
