In Medical Radio Imaging is a full time two-year post-graduate programme designed to get individuals familiarized with the principle of operations of complex radio imaging equipment and how to operate them. However, some institutes do offer part time distance learning programs for it for working professionals. Eligibility for this course varies from institute to institute but generally any B.Sc. Graduates are eligible to apply for this course. Some institutes only allow B.Sc. Graduates in nursing, in Radio Imaging or any other specialisation in the medical field for enrollment. M.Sc. Medical Radio Imaging Admissions are usually done based on the candidates performance in entrance exams like NEET MET etc. Followed by personal interviews. Some of the top colleges offering M.Sc. MRI courses are AIIMS New Delhi, PGIMER Chandigarh, JIPMER, Puducherry. The fee structure also varies from institute to institute, with Government colleges charging INR 1,00,000 -1,50,000 for the completion and private colleges charging INR 3,00,000-4,00,000 for it. Candidates applying for undergraduate degree course have to take the form online from the official website of the institute, fill it up and send it to the BVMC before the deadline date, candidates will also have to apply for NEET UG examination conducted by CBSE. Candidates applying for the postgraduate course have to apply online through the official website of NEET PG conducted by National Board of Examination. To apply for the undergraduate degree course, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with 50% marks in aggregate are eligible, while for Postgraduate courses, candidates must have a graduation degree in the relevant subject/course.
