Among Northern region Rkgit is not the only college and in Delhi there are number college. But now a days RKGIT CSE branch is going good. So no need to worry.

Getting CSE in RKGIT & G.L Bajaj is possible but it is difficult that you can get KIET. You may upgrade your counselling for getting the KIET.
