The placements for MDS at RajaRajeswari Dental College and Hospital are not excellent. For a postgraduate course, the placement package is INR 4-5 LPA. The median package in 2023 was about INR 7 LPA. You do get unpaid internships. The placements for BDS are much better in the college as compared to MDS. But the faculty and campus are really outstanding. The teachers are knowledgeable and very helpful.

I found the BDS course in RajaRajeswari Dental College and Hospital to be moderately challenging, but not too difficult. The admission was primarily based on NEET scores, which basically tests your knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and is a competitive entrance exam. You need a good Neet rank to secure a seat at this college. But the college is generally considered a reputable dental college with good facilities and a decent placement record.

The BDS course includes an internship (4+1) in its curriculum, and both the college and teachers prepare students for the outside world. Both BDS and MS are good in the college. The stipend is not given during internships. A total of 8 departments are available for specialisations, and other courses are also available. The highest placement for BDS was INR 32.5 LPA. And the average package offered is between INR 5–10 LPA.

Rajarajeshwari Dental College and Hospital is one among the better institutions to pursue MDS courses for those students seeking comprehensive clinical training and exposure. This college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and has an excellent academic curriculum under elite facilities. Specializations include Oral Surgery, Periodontics, and Prosthodontics under MDS fields. It has many tie-ups with renowned hospitals for giving practical exposures. The institution is extremely well placed in Karnataka, though does not do many national rankings- however, is a decent bet for those regionally aspiring.
