No, admission at Rajasthan Technical University to a BTech programme is done only on the basis of merit in JEE Main. The seat allotment process is carried out through REAP counselling. There is no other provision for admission. Further, candidates seeking admission must also check the eligibility requirements for REAP before filling out the application form.

Candidates need to complete Class 12 with Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ IT/ Biology/ Information Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship with at least 45% aggregate (40% for reserved category candidates) in the three subjects taken together to apply for BTech programme. Interested candidates must also pass JEE Main or any other comparable entrance test with a minimum score of 45 percent for B.Tech at Bhagwant University Ajmer.

The best course at Bhagwant University Ajmer depends on your choice but as per my opinion it is B.Tech.
