Dear apurva. if you want to do really HR. prefer TISS, St.Xavier, Kolkata, Symbiosis pune. IIM Kolkata, these are the famous for HR specialisation in India. You may do with jaipuria college . but do not expect good position that you will get. nominal positions you will get. I encourage you prepare for those institutions. that will help you a lot. all the best.

After B.Sc, u can opt M.Sc in concerned subject and later can pursue PhD clearing UGC-net exam. If u are not interested in Science domain, u may shift to management domain. Clearing exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT u can opt MBA from a reputed bschool. Some of the MBA trade which may enhance your career are MBA in pharma management / biotech management / health care services management / forest management / agricultural management / agribusiness management etc. All the best. Hi Lovnish, you have slightly less marks in total. So I am sorry but you won't get any branch in DTU. The cut off rank for Delhi region is 60000 and about 20000 for outside Delhi region for the last branch. The cut off rank for CE is highest and lowest for branches like Biotech.
