Hello Pavan, as per your rank in COMEDK your chances are very slim for getting any branch in MSRIT, Bangalore, so look forward for any other colleges. Please check here: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/comedk-college-predictor.
Best wishes.

Yes, you may apply for admission on the basis of graduation's percentage. Some good universities conduct their own entrance exam so, you can apply for the same. Some good universities are Christ University, Lovely Professional University, DTU, Anna University, Jadavpur University.

A good percentage in your PUC and a good rank in KCET(less than 1000 I would prefer). Fees depend on which counseling you attend. If you come through KCE, the fee will be less than 60000/- , if you come through COMEDK, the fee will be more than 1.8 lakhs.

Hi Aniket,
Kindly refer the below mentioned JEE college predictor tool :
https://www.shiksha.com/jee-mains-college-predictor
Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.
