The specialization is operations and supply chain management. We have one of the best faculties teaching our operations batch and the specialization is also best suitable for the mechanical engineer.

Hi Manav,
I think you should decide this based on what kind of job you would want to do in future. Both these areas have a good scope and very competitive also. Supply chain is one of the skilled professions in Canada and you are most likely to get a job. If you are applying for higher studies in Canada then another important point to note is your stream in class 12th. The subjects, etc. must be relevant. You should also compare the programme syllabus and the related careers and know what suits you most. It is not right for someone else to tell you what you should do as it involves your time, money and most importantly your future.

After earning an MBA in Logistics & Operations, your career opportunities are set to broaden. You would easily get opportunities to work in planning and policy-making, motivation, evaluation, product development and inventory control. If your company is large enough, you could focus on overall management or on a small specific area of the supply chain.
