For the interview you cannot change the specialization. Change of specialization is possible after first year owing to certain guidelines. But the specialization you have been called for is based on the preferences you have given and your profile.

First year of all MBA courses have the same subjects linked to general management. You could have from 5 to 10 subjects based on the college.

There is no specific Pharmaceutical course at SPJIMR. You can look at PGPM and PGDM courses which offer management studies but are applicable to all fields. For more info @ www.spjimr.org and also you could look at the various subjects

It depends which specialization you have applied. For Information management and operations it is necessary. For Finance and Marketing it is not mandatory
