Gour University conducts its own entrance exam for PG and UG admissions. Selection for the courses is based on the rank secured in the test. Minimum requirement in UG is 45%.

In India, for doing PG in any subject, one needs to have done graduation in that subject. As your graduation is in different branch, I am afraid, you are not eligible.

Hi Chitransh,
If you meet the admission requirements and the institute is a recognized one you can pursue your higher studies. For MS studies in US you must take the GRE, must have minimum academic grades, take the TOEFL etc before applying. Please write to the universities and get your degree evaluated.
