The online counselling option gets activated course wise according to specific result dates for allotment mentioned at login and information page. On the allotment dates the applicant can view the allotment for which the selection and allotment notification SMS is sent to all the candidates. In this option, the applicant can check the follwing procedures:

• View Allotment: According to the applied preferences and cut-off marks decided by the University, the candidate can view the allotment and take a print.
• Confirm Allotment and Pay Fees: After confirming allotment, the applicant can proceed for fee payments and other details.
• It contains the cancellation and fees refund policy of university.
• Forward to Next Round:  If the applicant is not satisfied with the present allotment, students can forward the form for the next round. Those who want to reappear for the next round will have to pay Re-counselling form fee of INR 500 via online payment gateways or UPI.

Note: The applicant who has Nil allotment will not be charged any fee for the next round Counselling.

• Check Reporting Procedures: The applicant eager to take the admission in allotted branches can go ahead and check the reporting procedure. It includes the details of document verification and semester fee payment at the University premises on or before the assigned dates. If the candidate fails to report during the assigned tenure, the seats will be treated as vacant and will be updated in next round.
