The objective of the Integrated Certificate Diploma (ICD) programmes is to produce supervisory level technical manpower. More emphasis is given on practical oriented class work with an extensive training in industry.
Eligibility: The minimum qualification for admission to the 3 Year ICD Programme is matriculation 10th Examination/ Matric pass (Pass in English, Mathematics and Science is compulsory) from a State Education Board/ CBSE/ ICSE/ National Open School or an equivalent examination recognised/approved by MHRD, Government of India. Those who are appearing in matriculation examination may also apply. Admission to all courses will be made in the odd semester of each session at the first year level based on the relative performance in the all India SLIET Entrance test. ICD courses are very good in present perspective and suitable for government and Private jobs. Further SLIET offers B.E. (Lateral) admission to 50% of ICD Diploma holders. So ICD course is a good option and can be pursue.
