UPES School of Computer Science was established in 2003 under the UPES Dehradun which is accredited by IACBE, NBA,  with an A Grade by NAAC, and approved by UGC. It is a private college located in Dehradun and offers a wide range of programmes to students. These courses are provided across Engineering, Computer Applications, and various other streams. At UPES School of Computer Science, students will be able to learn modern tools such as Angular, React, Python, Java, and Node.js for back-end and front-end development.

Students are expected to have a minimum of 50% Marks in class X and XII, and a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Students qualifying for the UPESEAT exam in the year of admission can apply for the B.Tech. CSE course.Yes, candidates can get direct admission to the UPES. The candidates should score at least 80% in Class 10th and 12th.

BTech (Stream-II) CS Minimum 50% marks in Class X and XII with 50% in PCM in Class XII.

BCA 50% marks in Class X and XII with Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology as one of the major subject in Class XII.

Yes, the eligibility criteria includes a minimum of 50% of marks in both 10th and 12th and a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths. For selection, you will have to qualify in the UPESEAT exam to apply for B.Tech CSE couse. However, scores from national level engineering exams like JEE are also accepted, so students can give JEE or UPESEAT entrance exam.

To get admission in UPES, there are some eligibility criteria which are to be met. For B.Tech programs, UPES requires candidates to have passed their 10+2 board exams with a minimum percentage in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. If you have a compartment (supplementary exam) in your Mathematics board exam, it means you have not cleared all your subjects in the first attempt. However, UPES allows students to take compartment exams and clear the subject to meet the eligibility criteria. You need to pass the compartment exam in Mathematics to fulfill the eligibility criteria to get admission in UPES.

The M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Data Analytics) program at UPES Dehradun accepts 10 students. The course is two years long and is at the PG level.
