The eligibility criteria is you need to have 4 years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject as well as in the aggregate or
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university with 50% marks or above in aggregate as well as in the concerned subject comprising the combination as under:
(B) B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized University.
(C) Should pass Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE.
(D) Maximum age limit for TGT teacher is 35 years.

Dear Surbhi,
I am afraid of saying so, but you are not eligible to do M.Tech in any stream after passing your UG from BSc. In india, to do M.Tech, you must have a valid B.Tech degree. However, you can go for M.Sc in IT.
