IIFA is a good college with excellent pedagogy. The kind of exposure and learning experience you get here is commendable. The infrastructure is great and the faculty members are very professional. Placements support team is pretty decent. IIFA is growing very fast and in no time it will be in the league of the top colleges of the county. Hostel facilities are great as well.

Technical reasons:
- Most of the best 3D game engines are written in C/C++. This is a big deal since most game developers don't want to compromise on their 3D engine, but nor do they want to write one from scratch. Java has jMonkeyEngine which is open source and actually really good but it still can't yet compete with the Unreal Engine.
