Hi, The Asian College of Teachers' two-year B.A. Programme for pre-primary teachers equips students with the knowledge and abilities necessary to instruct students between the ages of 2 and 12 and qualifies them for employment as pre-primary teachers. The pre-primary curriculum creator, course coordinator, pre-primary school consultant, and even those preparing to create a school may find the course to be of great use. The training is appropriate for anybody involved in pre-primary education, not just pre-primary teachers.

You are best equipped for subjects like computer Science and information technology at the B.Tech level. The first step is to seek a master's degree, ideally a master's in technology (M.Tech), as practically all private or public engineering institutes demand at least a master's degree. You also need to decide on your area of expertise. After pursuing and earning your master's degree, you can apply for associate professor positions at several engineering universities. In order to instruct at prestigious engineering schools like IIT, NIT, BITS, etc.

To help employees grow and improve throughout the course of their work, corporations offer career rotation. In rare instances, people switch careers from the business world to teaching. With the exception of extremely specialised teaching positions in topics like management, medicine, practical engineering, etc. , industry experience does not significantly advance a career in teaching in the bulk of disciplines.
