As I already answered your other question. You should re-appear for the exam. As colleges accept sectional cut offs. Give more time to your studies.

CAT score is not enough for TAPMI and 83 for SIMB Pune is also too low.

You can get a call from SIBM, SCMHRD and other symbiosis colleges as SC category cutoffs are generally lower.

With this score it will be difficult for you to take admission in Symbiosis University. You can go for other colleges accepting this percentile.

Hi for the placement report for SIBM-B please visit http://www.sibmbengaluru.edu.in/placement-reports . Also the SNAP cut off for last year was 86 percentile

While applying for CAT, you must have selected several IIMs for which you want your applications be considered. Similarly for XAT you must have selected XLRI atleast. However to apply to other institutes like FMS, S.P.Jain, IIFT etc, you will need to separately apply for these institutes. If you haven't done so, I suggest you do if you want to be considered for these colleges.
