Dear Akshat,
There is no restriction for open learning degree holder student to appear for management test. So, don't worry about it and just focus on studies. Do well in exam and you will get a good college for MBA degree.

Every year, the marks changes depending on difficulty of paper., Last year it was at 70 marks and year previous to that it was at 95 marks

There is no specific book for preparing for SNAP, although you can refer to the book like R S Agarwal and likes for preparing for the topics like Logical Reasoning, Vocabulary, Mathematics etc.
