Hey,
The fees is affordable and it varies with departments. The college provides scholarship under certain terms but I am not very sure about it. It can be verified with the admission office in the college. The fees varies depending on the courses available in each departments. Some departments have special courses from Oracle, which is compulsory and you would need to pay more, yet, affordable.

The classes have started now and probably the student registration is also done. Your best bet is to contact the college and ask them directly.

Candidates wishing to apply for the course need to have passed their Higher Secondary Certificate in Arts, preferably with fashion design as one of their subjects.
After application, some colleges/institutes may hold an entrance test followed by an interview to judge the eligibility of the candidate for the course.

Hi Subhiksha,
Anything above 70 is good for B.Sc costume design and fashion in this college as they don't have any entrance exam. You can directly apply for admission. So, don't worry about the percentage.
All the best.
