NCR campus has two different messes for seniors and juniors, and it also has a well maintained canteen that has various snacks and eatables in the menu.
There is a separate canteen for hostelers too, which stays open till midnight having chips and snack items.

Probably all branches. Although, there might be less chances of you getting CSE.

Ther are chances, although I won't say for sure.

Last time some people who were ranked in the 40's did get IT an CSE. And CSE seats increases every year.
Therefore, you might get it.
