Candidate who has twelve years of school education with 45% aggregate are eligible for the BCom (Hons) course at United University Allahabad. Further, stdudents belonging to the SC & ST category requires only 40% aggregate. The undergraduate programme is available in honors degree that is spread across six semesters. The programme curriculum is includes commerce specialised subjects in the area of Accounting, Finance, Taxation and International Business Management. Admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (BCom Hons) course is merit based. United University BCom admission is subject to a valid score in the last qualify

The United University offers BSc in Nursing as an undergraduate programme, lasting for four years. Admission to the BSc Nursing programme si subject to a valid score in the last qualifying exam. The minimum eligbility criteria is as follows:
- Candidates must have a minimum age 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
- Candidates must have minimum education of Class 12 with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board.
- Candidates should be medicall fit.

To be eligible for admission to the MBA programme at United University, Allahabad, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Have a 3-year Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50%
Have a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate
