Choosing a college for B.sc course depends on various factors (few of them are):
- Home state : Choosing a college from your home state seems more appropriate most of the time because the environment there may not be entirely unknown to you.Also, ot depends upon the course you select.
- Location: location of a college and its connectivity to important places in the city is of high importance :
- Alumni Network: a good alumni network may help you in your placement, as their referral may land you a job in your dream company .

CUET is a national level exam for enrollment in universities . All the participating universities reserve the right to set thier own cutoffs based on the marks scored in CUET by the student . These cutoff scores varies for different colleges and are also different for various programmes in the same college .
The cutoffs for several programmes are slowly getting rolled out on the colleges website, and as of now the cutoff for B.Sc has not been revealed by the college, but it is expected to be out soon.

One must follow few basic steps in order to apply for University College of Science, Osmania University. Steps are as follows :

CUET is a national level exam for enrollment in different universities across India, in different fields of education and for various degress. Colleges participating in CUET have started unvieling the cutoffs on their college website (for different fields). As of now Osmania University is also unvieling there cutoffs, steadily, but they are yet to disclose the cutoff for B.Sc. It will be published soon on thier college website.

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is an entrance exam for Undergraduate and Post-graduate studies, standardised by the goverment and conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), which also happens to conduct few other large scale examinations including JEE-mains and NEET.
There are many colleges who have opted to take admissions only on the basis of scores in CUET and Osmania University happens to be among them. So, yes, CUET is required for Osmania University.

To check the merit list, one must follow few basic steps, which are as follows :
- Visit the official website of college.
- Look for a section which is related to admission, because you are highly likely to find the updates about the merits here .
- Select your respective program, from the drop down menu (if there is one).
- Then you will be presented with the merit list ; in case it is in pdf format it may not open on the browser, so you are expected to download the pdf and then open it on your device to check the merit list .

To begin with, one must first qualify the exam and then check for the cutoffs. The cutoff is different for various students; cutoff for a general category student was 25%, talking in scores, it will be 50 marks out of 200, where as for a SC/ST student it was 10%, that is, the student must score atleast 20 marks out of 200 and for an OBC student, the required score was 25 out of 200 which is 12.5% of the total, in order to be eligible to take admission into the institution .
If you have cleared cutoff, you can apply for counseling and pay the fees to accept the alloted seat

Osmania University's course list includes various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs. The university offers more than 300 courses. OU Hyderabad courses are offered in various streams such as Arts, Humanities, Allied Sciences, Education, Hospitality, and many more. Some of the OU Hyderabad UG courses are B.Tech, BE and many more. Osmania University PG course list includes M.Tech, LLM and many more.

Present in the heart of the city, you will find access to anything you want. Coming to the campus, 1600 acres is very large and it is very difficult to explore for any person in four years. When it comes to sports, There are a half dozen of cricket grounds, three basketball courts, dozens of badminton courts, volleyball courts, an indoor badminton stadium, A very large swimming pool, A central library, DJ library, and a department library for each department will offer you tonnes of volumes of books of both technical categories and non technical categories.
