Yes, every year, UP Board releases the list of toppers along with the UP Board class 10 results. The topper list is announced by the board official during the press conference. The board also provide complete UP Board 10th topper list on its website.

Every year, thosands of students fail in the UPMSP High School exams. However, fail students have the option to appear for compartment exams conducted by UPMSP. Students who are not satisfied with their esult can also apply for scrutiny. Thereafter, the board will re-evaluate the answer sheets and publish the final marks (in case any change).
