Usha Martin University Eligibility

Only those candidates who fulfill the UMU DPharma eligibility criteria are eligible to apply for the preferred course. Tabulated below are the eligibility conditions to be met:

Students seeking admission to UMU BCom courses must do an eligibility check before applying. As per the official website, students who have completed Class 12 are eligible to apply for the courses.

Those who fail to fulfill the mentioned eligibility criteria are rejected at the application screening stage. Thus, students are advised to provide correct information.

UMU offers various specialisations under its BSc programme. Admissions to all the courses are made based on merit in Class 12. The eligibility criteria for all the BSc courses is Class 12 with science. Except for the Maths and Computing course, the eligibility criteria is 50% Class 12 with Maths. Moreover, to be considered for the selection process, the students must apply for the preferred course by visiting the university’s official website.

Masters of Business Administration is a two-year MBA Program offered by Usha Martin University. The eligibility criteria for MBA programme is to have a Bachelors degree in any specialization. Students from Science, Humanities and Commerce background are eligible. 

Candidates should pass a bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved category) from a recognised university. Candidates must satisfy UMU Ranchi PG selection criteria.

The selection for MA courses will be based on the aggregate marks in graduation. Candidates on the merit list will be eligible to proceed with the Usha Martin University PG.

Finally, the admission of candidates will be finalised based on their merit in the qualifying exam, verification of documents at the university level, and payment of the UMU Ranchi fees.
