Hello, Yes you can get admission to the BAMS course with this percentage in Class 12th as the official website of School of Ayurveda, D.Y. Patil University mentions that candidates belonging to SC, ST or OBC catgeoyr, the minimum marks required in Physics, Chemistry and Biology  together in the qualifying examination (which is 12th class or other equivalent class) should be at least 40% and for candidates belonging to Open (or General) category, it should be 50%. Because a college can not be the best for each and every course. For example, Virat Kohli can be good at many thngs but he is the best at playing cricket.
