2. Minimum 50% marks (45% in case of those belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and PwD categories) in the qualifying exam conducted by HPU.
3. Separate application forms, duly filled in, along with attested certificates/testimonials.
4. Two self-addressed envelopes with postage stamps of Rs. 6/- affixed on each.
5. Admit Card, Result-cum-Interview Card.
6. NOC (No Objection Certificate) from employer (if employed).
7. Certificate of leave from employer for the complete duration of the course (if employed).
