The course has a 90% placement record, Internship and jobs provided by Hetro Drugs, Data Labs, Google India Pvt. Ltd. etc. with a salary package up to INR 12 Lacs per annum. It alsoaseses on research and development with 250+ research publication 15+ patents filed that are interesting to students. However, the basic fee is reasonable which is INR 75,000 per year and there are scholarships also that reach up to INR 5,000 per year.

The faculty for college affiliated with JNTU Hyderabad, AICTE-approved, has got credit for their good experience, good infrastructure as well as good placement records. This has stressed both academic excellence and holistic student development through a number of extracurricular activities, workshops, and industry collaboration. Though not as famous as the premiere engineering colleges, SSIT does have a well-establish reputation in producing quality skilled graduates in its region.
