Yes. Round-2 revised seat matrix uploaded on December 21 in PDF format. Students can check seat matrix and declare choices accordingly. Based on declared choices, reservation factor and other details, seat allotment result was announced on December 26, 2025. Round-3 counselling is underprocess.

Candidates who registered but didn't declare choices in round-1 or round-2 due to any reason. In addtion, those who were allotted seats in round-1 but took free exit. Third condition is when candidates didn't do whole process of registration in round-1 or round-2 can complete whole process afresh in round-3.

Candidates will not be given any other chance for registration and submission of online applications after the due date for the online submission of applications for Bihar PGMAC. Candidates are advised to check all details carefully as it is a one time process, and they will not be given any window for correction.

The application process for Bihar PGMAC comprises registration to create user Id and password, providing personal and education details, uploading images, and paying both refundable and security fees. Registration can be done on the official website only. Candidates do need to download and save filled application form as it will be needed during reporting.

Candidates should have comepleted MBBS from any medical college established by state or private institute recognised by medical council of India. They should fulfill all other eligibility criteria menioned by BCECEB in brochure.

Candidates must have passed MBBS from any Medical College of Bihar established by the State Government or private management / Corporation. It must be noted there is no capping on age limit for Bihar PGMAC. Another criteria is they must have completed internship by the deadline menioned in the official brochure. Scoring minimum cut off in NEET PG is another eligibility criteria.

Yes. BCECEB releases separate Bihar NEET PG seat allotment result for each round. The seat allotment result is released in PDF format. It must be noted, candidates have to download the seat allotment result from the official website. After seat allotment, candidates have to report with original certificates and documents at respective allotted institutes.
